Sterilizing Residential, Commercial, and Government Facilities Across the Country
Ponte Vedra Beach, FL March 25th – Monday morning, AIT Environmental Technology (AIT) began servicing the first of many locations, specifically for Coronavirus (COVID-19). Four vehicles and an experienced crew pulled up to the Marsh Landing Country Club at 9am to treat the entire facility, inside and out, sanitizing with AIT’s proprietary cleaning solution that effectively
kills viruses and bacteria.
AIT is a full-service facilities maintenance company, known primarily for their support with mold remediation and testing across the country for national corporations and government facilities. They are a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, operating in 18 states.
“We can see the impact of closing businesses and buildings down because of this pandemic” said Jim Thomas, the owner and operator of AIT. “Our team is working to mitigate that impact, to ensure thorough coverage and cleaning for all facilities, and to get people back to work.” The Marsh Landing Country Club was just the first of many locations signed on for cleaning, in
order to maintain a sterile and secure facility for staff and visitors. “Although the club house is closed to guests, we’ve been brought in to ensure that the facility has been sanitized for employees that continue to support the club at this time,” explained Kristiana Knowles, CEO of AIT.
“This is just one of our many service offerings, and with the influx of requests to service commercial and residential properties for the virus – we’re bringing on new techs to help, who had just recently lost their jobs because of the lockdowns.” AIT recently received approval from Washington, to provide service across all states, as a critical and essential business to getting things under control. As the country moves to lockdown and close businesses – AIT is expanding and hiring, and helping to provide a sterile environment for residential, commercial, and government facilities as needed.
