Writing a Story of Value
Our video production journey began with a creative brief to understand the client’s goals, vision, and messaging that would be the foundation of the video and provide maximum visual impact. Collaborating with the client, we crafted a compelling script, read by a professional Puerto Rican voice actor to ensure authenticity in their service to the people of Puerto Rico. With the value story in place, our creative team developed a storyboard using existing client footage, meticulously selecting the best clips to align with the script. Once storyboards were approved, we put the clips together for a raw cut and began the process of editing the clips, color correcting, and seeing the vision come to life.
Overlays, Music, and Spanish Cut for Added Value
To enhance the narrative and bring visual dimension, we incorporated text overlays at strategic points throughout the video. The overlays highlight key investments in automation, terminal layout, containers, and more, which helped answer the created brief with in-your-face visual impact. Next, the team listened to hours of audio tracks, selected the best music to match the professional cinematic tone, and mixed the approved audio track with the voice-over and video clips, bringing everything together seamlessly. To ensure TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico hit each of their target audiences, we also worked with an in-house staff member living in Puerto Rico to create a Spanish voiceover that laid over a second video. The results were two powerful value videos that tell the story of how TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico invests in their operations to deliver exceptional value to customers shipping to Puerto Rico, and for the people of Puerto Rico.
