Launching POM Vault and its fintech product marketing strategy, started with a frontend experience, branded and designed by our in-house creative team. The process of creating the home base for POM Vault included iconography, information architecture, UX / UI design, and iterations of content creation with the client stakeholders. Below are a few examples of that process including a rolling experience of the frontend website, some of the art created by our talented team, and the wireframes that were the blueprints to the site’s information architecture.
Marrying the simple, intuitive, and friendly design, with a secure, comprehensive application of functions, and file management – wasn’t an easy feat, but essential for our fintech product marketing strategy. Our digital strategists, designers, and developers had to think through what would be best for our users, for the data, and for the restrictive functions some of the third-party tools being used could do. Ultimately, our Jacksonville-based creative agency built out a robust web portal with the simplest designs we could apply, in order to make the overwhelming complexity of the experience as streamlined as possible.
Typical subscribers are uploading and managing hundreds of sensitive files, for different reasons and purposes. The functions and requirements of advanced search, aren’t as easy or as intuitive as they should be on most CRMs or databases. And because of the range of users (ie savvy digital professionals vs elderly boomers), we designed a functional experience that allowed users to search broadly, categorically, filtered, or through exact search specifications, providing the best-case user experience for any of the users and resulting in the files and data users are looking for, the first time.
